C. Jackson Darnall is Of Counsel and concentrates his practice on closely held businesses, commercial and industrial real estate, estate planning and decedents estates and credit unions, both state and federal chartered

Jack is a member of the Illinois, Chicago, DuPage and American Bar Associations and the Federal Trial Bar for Northern, Illinois. Jack is the past Chairman of several ISBA committees: Public Relations, Public Protection From the Unauthorized Practice of Law and the Education Law Section Council. He is also the past president of the Rotary Club of Franklin Park, Illinois.

Born in Waukegan, Illinois, Jack received his B.A. and law degree from Northwestern University.
