Steven P. Bloomberg

Steven Bloomberg is a partner in the Bolingbrook office where he focuses his practice on condominiums and homeowner associations; banking law and loan documents; corporate and real estate law; park district and municipal law.

Steven is licensed to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois and U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. He is one of the founders of the Community Association Institute of Illinois (CAI) and a member of the Illinois State, Chicago, DuPage and Will County Bar Associations.

Born in Chicago, Steven received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and his law degree from DePaul University School of Law. He was Author of "The Owners and Managers Guide to Condominium Management," Institute of Real Estate Management, 1978, 1984; "Condominium Development: Forms with Commentary," Illinois Chapter, Callaghan and Company, 1990. Additionally, Steven was Assistant Attorney General, State of Illinois, 1971-1973 and Special Assistant Attorney General, State of Illinois, 1973-1975.
