James S. Boan

James Boan is a partner in the Bolingbrook office. He practices in the area of real estate law; zoning and land development; local governmental and municipal law.

James received his undergraduate degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois and his Master of Science degree in Leisure and Environmental Resource Administration from George Williams College. He later obtained his law degree from Northern Illinois University. He is a former Kendall County Board Chairman (1990-95). James is licensed in Illinois and a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
