John W. Carver

John Carver is a Partner in the firm's Chicago office. He concentrates his practice in employment discrimination, commercial litigation, and professional liability insurance defense, including first party coverage issues, real estate agent and broker liability, legal malpractice, architects and engineers, directors and officers, and construction negligence. John co-authors and speaks on various topics including employment law, first party property, civil damages and settlement negotiations.

John is licensed to practice in Illinois and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association as well as the Chicago Bar Association where he was Chairman of the Continuing Legal Education Committee (1999-2000).

Born in Elmhurst, Illinois, John received his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University and his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law.
