Maureen A. Coleman

Maureen Coleman is an active trial attorney in the casualty group. She practiced as a registered nurse for 20 years before entering the practice of law. She has been a litigator for 16 years. She practices in both state and federal courts and is also an active member of the Federal Trial Bar.

Maureen's practice involves a wide variety of tort litigation, with an emphasis on product liability, drug and medical device litigation, medical negligence, construction accident litigation, automobile accident and premises liability cases.

Maureen is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the American, Illinois State and Chicago Bar Associations. In addition, she is a member of the American Association of Nurse Attorneys and the Chicago Area Nurse Attorneys Association.

Maureen received her B.S. in Health Arts, with a Certificate of Outstanding Achievement, from the College of St. Francis in 1982 and her law degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1988.
