Michael J. Duffy

Michael Duffy is a partner in our Chicago office. His practice is concentrated in the areas of insurance coverage litigation, reinsurance matters, bad faith, commercial and contractual disputes.

He is admitted in Illinois and the United States District Courts for Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the District of Colorado, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth, Seventh and Tenth Circuits.

Mike received his J.D., with honors, from DePaul University College of Law. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association as well as the Defense Research Institute and Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel. Additionally, Mike has been recognized as one of the top insurance coverage attorneys in Illinois, most recently in the February 2008 issue of Chicago magazine, as well as Illinois Super Lawyers® magazine.
