Patrick E. Maloney

Patrick Maloney is a founding partner of Tressler, Soderstrom, Maloney & Priess, LLP. As an experienced trial lawyer, Pat concentrates his practice on products liability matters, insurance coverage, and catastrophic loss litigation.

Pat served as a Past President of the Defense Research Institute (1996) and of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel (1986-1987). He is also a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, Chicago and Illinois State Bar Associations and an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Additionally, Pat is a member of the Society of Trial Lawyers and Trial Lawyers Club of Chicago.

Pat is listed in the 2007 edition of The International Who’s Who of Product Liability Defense Lawyers as well as the 2008 edition of the Who's Who Legal: The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers. He has been recognized as one of the top insurance coverage attorneys in Illinois for the past four years, most recently in the February 2008 issue of Chicago magazine, as well as Illinois Super Lawyers® magazine.  Recently, Pat was recognized by his peers as a Leading Lawyer in a survey by Law Bulletin Publishing Company and listed on LeadingLawyers.com.

He is a frequent lecturer on insurance coverage issues. Pat received both undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
