Mary E. McPherson

Mary McPherson is a partner in the firm's Orange County office. Mary has a broad litigation and insurance coverage background handling complex insurance coverage matters, including bad faith, advertising injury, personal injury, environmental and primary/excess issues on a nationwide basis. Mary's practice includes trials on advertising injury, lost policy and contribution issues as well as a successful appeals in Peerless Lighting Corp. v. American Motorists Ins. Co., 82 Cal. App. 4th 995 (2000).

A California native, Mary is a graduate of Wellesley College and Notre Dame Law School. She joined the Firm's Chicago office in 1989 after practicing in Colorado for three years, and opened the firm's Los Angeles office in 1995.

Mary is admitted to the bar in the states of California, Colorado and Illinois, as well as the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California. She has authored articles and lectured on numerous coverage issues.

Mary is active in numerous community groups, including the Junior League of Los Angeles and Hollygrove Home for Abused Children.
