Linda Bondi Morrison is a partner in the firm's Orange County office where she handles a wide variety of civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution and counseling. Her current practice primarily is in insurance coverage and business litigation, with an emphasis on complex litigation.
Linda’s insurance practice has included coverage matters involving asbestos, environmental, toxic torts, construction defects, errors and omissions, advertising injury and bad faith. She is also familiar with issues involving directors' and officers' liability. She has represented clients as trial counsel in a number of significant complex litigation matters, and her trials include Kaiser Aluminum v. Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s and Deere v. Allstate Insurance Company.
As a frequent lecturer and author, Linda has spoken at and moderated national conferences, and regularly speaks at private seminars. Linda is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and the American Bar Association. She is currently the secretary of The National Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues, and co-chaired the Insurance Coverage Committee of the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section from 1997 through 1999.
Linda is also a member of the Board of Directors of Insuring the Children, a not-for-profit organization of insurance industry professionals dedicated to raise awareness of child abuse and fund prevention programs.
Linda received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, and law degree from Loyola University of Chicago. While in law school she was an editor of the Consumer Law Review and President of the Environmental Law Society. Linda is licensed to practice in California and Illinois and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for Northern Illinois and Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern California.
