Craig G. Penrose

Craig Penrose is a partner in the firm's Chicago office. His primary areas of practice are employment and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on ERISA litigation. Craig has represented Employers, Employee Benefit Plans and Plan Fiduciaries in numerous cases under ERISA in federal court including appeals in the Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Craig is a published author, and editor and contributing author of ERISA Hotline.

Craig is admitted to practice in Washington and Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for Northern Illinois. Craig received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and his graduate degree from Northwestern University. He later went on to receive his law degree from Seattle University School of Law.
