Mark R. Vespole

Mark Vespole is a partner in our New Jersey office concentrating in insurance coverage, bad faith, professional liability, life insurance, NASD compliance, securities arbitrations, products liability, directors and officers' liability, business torts, construction, employment, toxic tort, and general negligence defense litigation, as well as mediation and arbitration.

Mark has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney for the past 20 years. He has also been a certified mediator for 3 years. He has recently authored LexisNexis Practice Guide New Jersey Civil Discovery (2007 Edition) co-authored LexisNexis Practice Guide New Jersey Pretrial Practice (2007 Edition), wrote a chapter on Expert Witnesses for LexisNexis Practice Guide New Jersey Trial, Post-Trial, and Appellate Proceedings (2007 Edition), and co-authored a book on New Jersey Insurance Law due to be published in 2008.

Mark received his undergraduate degree, with Honors, from the University of Notre Dame where he studied civil engineering. He later went on to obtain his law degree from Seton Hall University where he received the Best Tax Brief Moot Court Award.

Mark is admitted to practice in New Jersey; the U.S. District Courts for Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey; U.S. Court of Appeals; Second Circuit, Third Circuit and the U. S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the American, New Jersey State and Essex County Bar Associations, as well as the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
