James C. Hauser

James Hauser is Senior Counsel in our Chicago office, and practices in the area of general civil litigation and appeals. He has been an attorney for over 20 years.

James is a member of the Lake County and Illinois State Bar Associations and the Illinois Farm Bureau. He has been a member of the Lake County State's Attorney Office; National District Attorney's Association; Judiciary and Rules Committee, LCBA; Local Government Committee, ISBA; and the Village/City Prosecutor for five separate Lake County Municipalities. In addition, James was partner for the law firm of Magna, Hauser and Johnson.

James received his undergraduate degree from University of Illinois, Chicago, with honors, and his law degree from Loyola University School of Law. James is licensed to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court, Northern Illinois. Additionally, he is a member of the Federal Trial Bar.

James is on the Board of Directors for the Foundation of Special Recreation Association of Lake County.
