Clifford R. Holm specializes in estate planning and representing closely held business owners from our Wheaton office. He is a member of the Chicago and DuPage County Bar Associations, as well as the Northwest Suburban Estate Planning Council.

Cliff is dedicated to working closely with his clients and their other professional and financial advisors in identifying specific estate planning objectives and then crafting a plan that achieves those objectives efficiently and effectively.

Cliff’s professional experience makes it possible for TSMP to meet the estate planning needs of a diverse range of clients, from young, working parents seeking to provide for the guardianship and financial well-being of minor or disabled children to more established clients for whom wealth preservation and the avoidance of transfer taxes are the priorities.

Accordingly, estate plans involving closely held businesses and special assets, single parent or second family situations, retirement benefits, life insurance, charitable objectives, as well as many other circumstances, can be handled effectively by the firm. In all cases, Cliff is committed to providing the highest level of service to his clients.

With an extensive background representing the interests of those who need estate plans, those who benefit from such plans, and those who carry out and administer the same, Cliff has the unique perspective of one who has been actively involved in the estate planning process from all sides. This perspective helps each of his clients better understand and navigate the process.

Prior to joining TSMP, Cliff served as Trust Counsel for Harris N.A., a major Chicago-based financial institution. He received his law degree from the Hofstra University School of Law and his undergraduate degree in English from Susquehanna University.
