Monica C. Mendes

Monica Mendes is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where she practices in the areas of insurance coverage analysis and litigation. Monica is admitted to practice in California.

Monica received her undergraduate degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of California, Davis, and her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.

Monica was the Notes & Comments Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, where she also published “A Low Threshold of Guilt: Interpreting California’s Fetal Murder Statute in People v. Taylor,” 39 Loy. L.A. Rev. 1447 (2006).
