Dean Tatooles is an associate in the Chicago office where he primarily practices in the areas of surety and fidelity bond claims, construction litigation, commercial and general civil litigation.

Dean is a member of the bar in both Illinois and the District of Columbia. He is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Additionally, Dean is a member of the American and Chicago Bar Associations; the Chicago Surety Bond Claims Association; the Illinois Road and Transportation Builders Association; and the Illinois Municipal League.

Dean obtained his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University. After graduation he went on to receive his J.D. degree from The John Marshall Law School. While at John Marshall, Dean vigorously competed as part of the school's mock trial teams. Some of Dean's competitions included: The Intra-Scholastic Herzog Moot Court Competition (Quarterfinalist, 1997); The National White Collar Crime Mock Trial Competition, Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. (1998); The Texas Young Lawyers Mock Trial Competition (Semifinalist, 1998).
