Barry Moss focuses his practice on municipal and local governmental law including cities, villages, school districts and park districts, land use and zoning and finance including municipal bonds.
Barry is a co-author of "Municipal Litigation," Illinois Municipal Law, Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, Ch. 16, 1987, 1993, 1997 and 2000 and "Variations, Special Uses and Appeals from Administration Decisions", Illinois Land Use law, Chapter 3, Institute for Continuing Legal Education, 2004. Additionally, Barry was chair of the Home Rule Attorneys Committee for the Illinois Municipal League, 1989-1992.
