Colleen Costello is an associate in the Chicago office of Tressler LLP. Colleen focuses her practice in insurance coverage, extracontractual liability matters and international insurance coverage. Her experience includes representing insurance companies with respect to insurance coverage litigation and bad faith litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. Colleen regularly advises insurance companies regarding claims against its policyholders. She examines the relevant insurance coverage issues and evaluates the underlying claims and lawsuits for her clients. She also provides advise to insurance companies regarding claims implicating international issues. Colleen also represents foreign insurers in connection with claims and losses that take place in the United States.
