David Clark practices in the areas of insurance coverage analysis and business litigation. David’s focus is on analyzing and advising insurers with respect to claims involving both first-party/property and liability coverages under homeowners and commercial general liability policies and claims involving a variety of losses, construction defects, asbestos exposure and environmental claims. Additionally, David has extensive experience regarding primary, excess and additional insurance obligations in multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining the firm, David had multi-state claims management responsibility for a major national property and casualty insurer, which included managing a catastrophe claims team for the September 11th World Trade Center disaster. David has extensive experience in property and liability insurance, both ocean and inland marine insurance, and holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter’s designation (“CPCU”). David is also an associate of the Insurance Institute of America in both marine insurance and reinsurance.
