David Freeman co-chairs the condominium and common interest community association team from the firm's Bolingbrook office. David focuses his practice on condominium law, municipal and local governmental law including cities, villages and park districts, land use and zoning, real estate and litigation. David is a frequent lecturer on various municipal topics including the Open Meetings Act and the Freedom of Information Act.
