David Yuen focuses his practice in the areas of tort and complex commercial litigation, products liability, and intellectual property. Dave represents corporations in contract disputes and fraud cases in state and federal court. He also represents clients in appellate proceedings, which includes the prepartation of appellate briefs and the presentation of oral arguments. Dave has defended corporations and directors and officers in shareholder oppression and fiduciary duty matters. In addition, Dave has defended companies in multiple class action lawsuits. He has participated in numerous bench and jury trials, arbitration hearings and has argued before the Seventh Circuit.
Dave prepared and instructed a training class on post judgment collection proceedings. Dave has also written a blog for the Defense Research Institute and an article for the Specialty Lines Advisory publication.
