Devin C. Maddox’s work with the firm is concentrated in the areas of insurance coverage, reinsurance and employment law. She serves as national coverage counsel to her clients, representing them in complex insurance coverage disputes involving environmental, toxic tort and professional liability. She analyzes insurance and reinsurance contracts, underwriting intent and case law to proactively advise her clients on minimizing exposure and risk of litigation. Ms. Maddox also provides counseling and litigation services to clients involving all aspects of employment, ranging from breach of contract to discrimination claims.
In addition to her practice, Devin is a contributing author to the firm’s Specialty Lines Advisory. Prior to her work with the firm, Devin held a judicial externship with the US District Court. Devin also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Legal Studies department at a community college and is a member of The Drama Group, one of the oldest volunteer community theaters in the country.
