Donald Elder is a partner based in the Chicago office of Tressler LLP. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage, reinsurance, and commercial litigation.
In addition to his practice, Don has assisted in drafting Chapter 9 "Exclusion by Risk" of the 2008 Commercial and Professional Liability Insurance handbook and also in Tressler’s bi-annual publication entitled "Current U.S. Reinsurance Claim Issues." Don also participates a volunteer evaluator for Cook County Mock Trial Competitions.
