Elizabeth F. Caraballo practices in the areas of professional liability insurance defense, including first property coverage disputes, and professional liability insurance coverage. Elizabeth’s practice includes directors and officers liability, financial institutions professional indemnity, lawyers professional indemnity, general partnership liability, private equity fund and management liability and commercial general liability insurance. Elizabeth provides coverage advice and monitoring of underlying litigation in the areas of directors & officers liability, professional liability and other specialty lines insurance products for clients in the U.S., Bermuda and London insurance markets. She also practices in the area of commercial litigation.
In addition to her practice, Elizabeth has served as a judge for the Counseling Competition and the Appellate Advocacy Program at Seton Hall University School of Law. Elizabeth is also a member of the Dominican Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
