Erin L. Majka

Erin L. Majka is the Director of Professional Development for Tressler LLP. In this position, Erin has national responsibility for the recruitment, training, and career development of the firm’s attorneys. Erin also oversees the continuing legal education of the firm’s attorneys and coordinates their pro bono service efforts.

Working with the firm’s leaders and attorneys, Erin provides each attorney at the firm with access to training and other support so that each attorney reaches their full potential. This includes working with the firm’s Diversity Group, Womens Group, and Mentoring program.

Prior to being named Director of Professional Development, Erin was an associate in the firm’s Chicago office and, for over five years, had an active litigation and insurance coverage counseling practice. Erin is the co-chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section Career Assistance Committee, and she was the recipient of the David C. Hilliard Award for Outstanding Committee Service for the 2008-2009 bar year.
