Heather Sullivan focuses her practice on various areas of complex insurance coverage litigation, including environmental, asbestos, toxic torts, sexual abuse, construction, employment, breach of contract and advertising claims. Heather has also obtained positive results for insurers at the trial and appellate level in litigation addressing Illinois’ targeted tender rule. In addition, she regularly represents and counsels major insurance companies with respect to a wide range of coverage disputes in both state and federal courts across the country.
