C. Jackson Darnall works with the firm as Of Counsel and concentrates his practice on closely held businesses, commercial and industrial real estate, estate planning and decedents estates and credit unions, both state and federal chartered.
Jack is the past chairman of several ISBA committees, including public relations, public protection from the unauthorized practice of law and the education law section council. He is also the past president of the Rotary Club of Franklin Park, Illinois. In the community, Jack serves as a member of the Illinois State Advisory Council for the Education of Children with Disabilities and member of the advisory committee on community development block grant applications in Oak Park, Illinois.
