Jason Craft concentrates his practice on insurance coverage analysis and litigation. He advises insurance companies on a variety of claims handling and insurance coverage issues including those involving intellectual property rights, personal and advertising injury liability, construction defects, product liability, bodily injury, property damage and bad faith. Jason also represents insurance companies in complex insurance coverage matters and bad faith litigation in state and federal trial courts throughout the country, as well as in appellate proceedings.
