Jeanne Kuo Riggins focuses her practice on complex litigation and appellate issues, including intellectual property, insurance coverage, bad faith, contractual disputes, business torts, employment and other commercial contract litigation. Jeanne also handles a wide variety of insurance related disputes under various policy types and issues, including commercial general liability, errors and omissions liability, excess and umbrella coverage involving advertising injury, personal injury, property damage, bodily injury, professional liabilities, construction defect and bad faith issues. Her practice includes client representation in connection with all levels of appellate proceedings.
In 2009 and 2010, Jeanne was selected for inclusion in Southern California Super Lawyers® as a "Rising Star".
In addition to her practice, Jeanne devotes time to many volunteer activities, such as Tzu Chi Foundation, the Taiwanese American Lawyers Association and Reading to Kids, a grassroots organization dedicated to inspiring underserved children with a love of reading to enrich their lives and opportunities for future success. She is proficient in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
