Jennifer Jerit Johnson is an experienced trial partner in the Chicago office of Tressler LLP with more than twenty-five years of experience in the courtroom. She focuses her trial practice on a variety of litigation matters including product liability, toxic torts, other torts, construction litigation, trucking lawsuits and insurance claims. Jennifer assists her corporate and insurance clients by providing proactive and practical strategies to reduce their risks and claims. She frequently speaks and publishes on topics such as loss prevention, indemnification, spoliation and case evaluation. Jennifer has defended breast implant lawsuits for a national manufacturer. She is counsel for an emergency siren company in numerous suits brought by firefighters for occupational hearing loss. She is a national coordinating counsel for a diacetyl seller in numerous toxic tort suits.
Jennifer was the first woman president of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel (IDC). In May 2009, Jennifer was honored as a “Corporate Woman of Achievement” by the National Association of Women Business Owners.
