Jessica Swaysland is an aviation litigation, insurance litigation and insurance coverage associate in our Chicago office. Jessica’s practice includes the defense of airports, FBO’s, pilots and other aviation related businesses in cases involving bodily injury and property damage resulting from aviation incidents. Jessica’s insurance coverage work includes commercial general liability, professional liability and aviation coverage.
Prior to joining the firm, Jessica held a judicial externship with the Honorable Judge Diane Joan Larsen for the Circuit Court of Cook County. While in law school, Jessica held a research assistantship and was a contributor to The John Marshall Law Review.
