Jillianne concentrates her work in the areas of insurance, reinsurance, professional and management liability and commercial litigation. Her practice includes directors and officers liability, financial institutions professional indemnity, lawyers professional indemnity, general partnership liability and private equity fund and management liability insurance. Jillianne provides coverage advice and monitoring of litigation for clients in the U.S., Bermuda and London insurance markets.
While in law school, Jillianne published “Risk as a Relevant Factor in Determining the Fair Market Value of Donated Antiquities” in the 2009 Yearbook of Cultural Property Law. Her previous experience includes representing low income tax payers involved in litigation with the Internal Revenue Service as well as co-authoring a treatise on state burial laws related to the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act for the National Park Service.
