John O'Driscoll is a trial attorney based out of the firm's Bolingbrook and Chicago offices. His practice includes representing companies, individuals and governmental entities in business disagreements, product liability actions, construction issues, municipal law and complex litigation. John handles a wide variety of municipal and business litigation and counseling issues, including breach of contract, property damage, internet defamation, ordinance violations and professional negligence matters.
John has been selected for inclusion in 2008, 2009 and 2010 Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Stars®. In 2010, John received the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel’s President’s Award for his exceptional service, dedication and significant contributions to the IDC and its President.
John is very active in the Bolingbrook community through the Chamber of Commerce and other organizations. He also serves as a director on the Board of Chicago Tennis Patrons, the primary funding arm of the Chicago District Tennis Association. This volunteer organization raises funds to enable underserved minorities to receive free tennis lessons, scholarships and grants.
Prior to joining the firm, John practiced with a firm in central Illinois, where he dealt with cases throughout the state.
