Kenneth Zielinski is an associate in Tressler’s Orange County office where he is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Services Group. In his Business & Corporate Services practice, Kenneth routinely advises and represents companies in business matters. Kenneth’s practice also focuses on complex commercial litigation including contractual disputes and business torts.
Professional Background
While studying for his law degree, Kenneth received CALI Excellence Awards in Agency and Partnership, Community Property, Contracts II, Criminal Law, Environmental Law, Evidence, and Professional Responsibility. Kenneth was also the Senior Symposium Editor of the Chapman Law Review. Prior to joining Tressler, he served as a summer extern at the Santa Ana City Attorney’s Office.

Kenneth is an associate editor and contributing author to Tressler’s business law newsletter—California Business Law Confidential—which is a primary source for legal trends and hot topics impacting business and risk managers in California.
In addition, he co-authored the Tressler article, “Summary of Coverage Rules and Their Practical Application for Environmental Claims Under California Law.”
