Kevin Mahoney focuses his practice in commercial litigation. Kevin regularly counsels individuals and corporations on business disputes across the country. His work has involved Illinois Trade Secret Act disputes, dissolutions of closely-held corporations, breach of fiduciary duty matters, contractual disputes and defense of securities traders in fraud cases.
While in law school, Kevin was Editor-in-Chief of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. He is also the author of “Learning from the Mistakes of Others: Fixing Major League Baseball’s Arbitration Policy” which was honored with the Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution’s award for 2009's Outstanding Student Article.
