Linda Tai Hoshide is an insurance coverage and insurance litigation attorney. Linda’s practice focuses on complex insurance coverage matters representing major insurance companies on a national basis, counseling companies on claims handling issues, alternative dispute resolution, risk management and litigation. Linda handles a wide variety of insurance related disputes under first-party and third-party policies, including errors and omissions, advertising injury, personal injury, product liability, construction defect, bodily injury, property, environmental, toxic torts and media claims. Linda has litigated complex coverage disputes in state and federal courts including bad faith, contribution and declaratory judgment actions.
Linda has been selected for inclusion in 2010 Southern California Super Lawyers®. In addition, Linda is a contributing author to the firm’s specialty lines publication, the Specialty Lines Advisory. Linda has served as a co-chair of the firm’s annual “Hot Topics In Insurance Law” seminar since 2003.
Linda studied commercial law, trade law, international tax and investment law at Hong Kong University School of Law. She also studied abroad at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan. Linda is conversational in Chinese.
