Mary McPherson has a broad litigation and insurance coverage background handling complex insurance coverage matters, including bad faith, construction defect, personal injury, environmental and primary/excess issues on a nationwide basis. Mary's practice includes trials on advertising injury, lost policy and contribution issues as well as a successful appeal in Peerless Lighting Corp. v. American Motorists Ins. Co., 82 Cal. App. 4th 995 (2000) and Century Surety Co. v. United Pacific Ins. Co. 109 Cal. App. 4th 1246 (2003).
A California native, Mary joined the Firm's Chicago office in 1989 after practicing in Colorado for three years, and opened the firm's Los Angeles office in 1995. She currently resides in the firm's Orange County office.
