Michael A. Conlon practices in the areas of reinsurance, insurance coverage analysis and litigation. He has extensive experience litigating and arbitrating both insurance and reinsurance disputes. Michael has experience in representing clients involved in coverage litigations stemming from toxic substance exposure, including silica and asbestos-related materials, as well as providing services in complex coverage litigations involving manufacturer related environmental liabilities and government subsidized remediation initiatives. In addition, Michael frequently represents clients, including both cedents and reinsurers, in reinsurance related arbitration and litigation across the country in a wide array of areas including mass-tort and workers compensation. Michael is also a frequent contributor to firm publications, including The Current U.S. Reinsurance Claims Issues, edited and distributed annually.
