Michael DiSantis focuses his practice in the areas of insurance coverage analysis and insurance coverage litigation. He represents insurance companies in litigated matters nationwide and advises insurers in non-litigated disputes relating to bodily injury, property damage and personal and advertising injury coverage. Michael regularly prepares opinion letters advising insurers of their rights and obligations, as well as reservation of rights and disclaimer letters.
While studying for undergraduate degree, Michael was awarded the John L. Porter Prize for best senior thesis in the field of political economy. At the University of Illinois Law School, Michael was a part of the Green Moot Court Chicago Team.
