Mike Morrison has more than 25 years of experience in complex litigation, including insurance coverage litigation, antitrust litigation, commercial litigation and products liability litigation. Mike has litigated cases in numerous jurisdictions throughout the country, including California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Wisconsin. His practice with the firm is currently concentrated in the area of complex coverage litigation as he is handling cases for a variety of insurance company clients and serving as counsel for several companies on complex insurance coverage issues. Mike has had extensive experience in coverage matters involving pollution, asbestos, toxic tort, construction defects, advertising injury, directors & officers liability and professional liability. Mike also has tried insurance coverage cases and has been involved in dozens of appeals throughout the country.
