Mohammed Mandegary has experience in a wide variety of civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution and counseling. His practice includes defense of policyholders and insurance companies in various civil proceedings, and all types of insurance coverage disputes, contribution actions and bad faith claims. Mohammed also provides coverage analysis and opinions, claims handling counseling and advice on Civil Code Section 2860 independent counsel issues. He represents individuals, corporations and insurance companies with respect to disputes over insurance coverage, including preparation of coverage opinions, declaratory relief and litigation of claims through trial, and represents individuals and corporations in the defense of personal injury claims and suits through trial.
Prior to joining Tressler LLP, Mohammed practiced a wide variety of insurance and defense litigation at a central California law firm well recognized for its insurance coverage practice.
While in law school Mohammed served as Executive Notes and Comments editor for the California Western International Law Journal.
