Practice Focus
Mohammed Mandegary is a member of Tressler LLP’s Business and Corporate Services, Insurance Services and Trial Practice groups. He is a litigator with experience in a wide variety of commercial and civil disputes. He regularly appears in state and federal courts, arbitrates and mediates matters through alternative dispute resolution and counsels clients on the most efficient and speedy resolution of cases.

Mohammed advises and represents individuals, corporations and insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes, from preparation of coverage opinions to litigation of cases through trial. He defends policyholders and insurance companies in various civil proceedings, and all types of insurance disputes, including declaratory relief, rescission, contribution and bad faith actions. He also provides coverage analysis and opinions, claims handling counseling, and advice on Civil Code Section 2860 independent counsel issues.

Mohammed also represents individuals and corporations in the prosecution and defense of a wide variety of claims and suits through trial.

Prior to joining Tressler LLP, he was a litigator with a central California law firm well recognized for its insurance coverage practice.

While in law school Mohammed served as Executive Notes and Comments editor for the California Western International Law Journal.
