This includes issues concerning differing site conditions, extra work, completion, defective work, defective design, delay, interference, acceleration and surety defenses. The Group is proficient and experienced in indemnity and salvage, priority disputes, and bankruptcy relief. We also have extensive experience in handling miscellaneous surety bond claims, including public official bonds, probate, ERISA and other fiduciary bonds, and judicial bonds.Real Estate

We are regularly called upon to represent owners and developers in the acquisition, development and construction of commercial retail and office projects as well as single and multi-family subdivision/PUD developments. We advise clients in the structure and formation of ownership entities whether they are joint ventures, limited partnerships, limited liability companies or other types of ownership entities. Once the projects are completed, our attorneys are skilled advisors to ownership in the leasing, operation, financing and sale of these properties.Construction Defect
The construction defect team counsels insurance and corporate clients with respect to personal injury, defect and property damage claims. The team has represented a variety of contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers. Tressler, Soderstrom, Maloney & Priess, LLP also advises clients with regard to indemnity and additional insured analysis. Claims of personal injury and property damage caused by "toxic mold" are also handled by the construction defect team.
