Claims Handling and Extracontractual Liability Practice Area

The Practice

The Claims Handling and Extracontractual Liability Practice Group at Tressler, Soderstrom, Maloney & Priess, LLP counsels insurers on proper claims handling practices and represents insurers in bad faith litigation throughout the country. This includes pursuing extra-contractual liability recoveries from other insurance companies and, in certain situations, the insured itself.
