Tressler, Soderstrom, Maloney & Priess, LLP has a team of trial lawyers who are adept at achieving the business objectives of our clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes. In appropriate cases, we also recommend and represent clients in alternative dispute fora, such as arbitration and mediation. For many clients, we act as national counsel or regional counsel, working with local counsel as needed.
