We have developed significant expertise in cases involving fraud, product liability arising out of automotive, consumer products, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, asbestos and chemical exposure industrial equipment and power tools, and product recalls. Our attorneys have handled construction and other building trade cases, including cases involving the Roads and Bridges Act, sick building syndrome claims, Structural Work Act and Other Statutory Claims. In addition, the Firm has significant experience in defending premises liability cases, property damage matters, and fire losses, as well as transportation cases. We also have the experience and capacity to serve as national coordinating counsel for mass tort exposures.
