Robert Heyne practices primarily in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, with a specific focus on representing general contractors, subcontractors and sureties. Bob also has represented fidelity carriers in the investigation and litigation of claims.
Bob has given numerous speeches and lectures for the annual and mid-winter meetings of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee, Tort and Insurance Practice Section, American Bar Association; Illinois Continuing Legal Education - Mechanics' Lien Seminar, Illinois Real Estate Seminar, Illinois State Bar Association, National Bond Claims Association, IADC Mid-Winter Trial Practice Seminar and Eastern Bond Claims Review.
