Bob Soderstrom serves as Of Counsel in the Chicago office of Tressler LLP. Bob is a founding member of the firm. He has been practicing law for over 40 years and has extensive experience in insurance coverage and reinsurance law. He handles both insurance and reinsurance consulting and litigation/arbitration. Bob has represented insurers in litigation involving environmental, professional liability and specialty lines insurance coverage issues and managed nationwide insurance coverage programs for carriers. He has advised insurers and reinsurers on a wide variety of coverage issues, including first-party property and general and professional liability as well as reinsurance recoveries. Additionally, his practice includes business and corporate transaction suits as well as environmental law, appellate matters, complex civil litigation and class actions.
Bob has been selected for inclusion in Illinois Super Lawyers® every year since 2005 and was named to the Top 100 Illinois Super Lawyers list in 2006.
