Our Employment Law Practice Team assists clients in prosecuting and defending employment related lawsuits, as well as claims filed before local, state and federal administrative agencies. We have extensive experience in representing employers in a wide variety of employment-related claims, including class action lawsuits. We have successfully defended sexual harassment and discrimination claims, wage and hour claims, retaliation and wrongful termination lawsuits, claims involving, employee leaves and benefits, restrictive covenants and not to compete agreements, and breach of contract disputes.

Our considerable experience in litigating employment cases forms the foundation for a broad consulting practice. We assist clients by drafting employee handbooks, policies and procedures, investigating and responding to sexual harassment and discrimination claims, drafting employment agreements, including restrictive covenants and severance agreements, and in advising employers on best practices concerning everyday employment matters from hiring through termination. Our client counseling services also include the drafting and negotiation of employment packages and executive compensation arrangements.
