Wen-Shin Cheng is a partner based in the Chicago office of Tressler LLP. Wen practices in the area of insurance coverage, including bad faith litigation and international insurance coverage. She counsels clients regarding policy analysis and drafting, claims handling and risk management, and regularly represents insurers in litigation nationwide involving a wide variety of claims arising under primary and excess general liability, public entity liability, professional liability, and employment practices liability policies.
Wen has been a featured speaker at various seminars, including the April 2007 Mealey’s Additional Insured Conference, the April 2008 DRI Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute on Emerging Issues in Personal and Advertising Injury, and the March 2011 DRI Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute on Enforcing the Insured’s Duty to Cooperate and Other Conditions to Coverage. Wen is conversational in Taiwanese.
